We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.
Due to the nature of our curated preloved designer pieces, all items may show signs of wear. We kindly ask you to carefully review all product descriptions, images, and condition details before making a purchase.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, with no additional signs of use, and in its original packaging, along with any included items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the situation and work towards a suitable solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
